Bespoke Invitations
Crafted Since 1953

Invitation House is a heritage studio specializing in custom printing and design.

A Legacy of Craft and Discretion

Often referred to as the “grande dame in the invitation biz,” Invitation House has been creating beautifully customized work since 1967. Owner Terry Kirshenbaum has been working at the company since 1981. Terry’s mother, Lillian, ran Invitation House as an offshoot of Kern Stationers, a commercial printing venture founded by Terry’s father Ben, more than 60 years ago. Terry now owns and operates both companies.

Unique designs, high quality printing and personalized service, is what continues to drive the company. Invitation House offers a range of printing processes- letterpress, offset, thermography, genuine engraving, foil stamping, blind embossing, die cutting, digital printing and hand calligraphy as well.

Terry loves working with people and the whole creative process that goes along with it.

With 45 years in the industry, she has developed and honed her talents ranging from creating unique invitations to corporate rebranding.
